For everyone asking about where to find a wick: Go to Miles Stairs Wick Shop. He has all the wicks for all of the perfection heaters.

Hello Tom,
"You will find all the Enameled heaters have Nickel trim parts. The first number in your #140 is the series of the heater. The next 2 numbers are the model.. So to keep it simple all #25 & #50
heaters are Black. #’s #30-#40-#60-#70 heaters would have Nickel trim. All Enameled heaters are Nickel trimmed. As a general rule all odd numbered series of heaters are black. The
#100-#300-#500-#1500. The even numbered series of heaters are Enameled. #’s #200-#400-#600-#1600. You will find that the lower model numbered heaters had steel founts #25-#30 and higher model
numbered heaters had Brass #40-#50-#60-#70."

What is the difference between the Models 430 and 460???? I dont see any differences other than Model Nos.

Do you know how to replace the wick on a 460. I can't find a video to show me how to do it. It is bit different from the ones I see online. It does not have the part that you unscrew from the top of
the tank.

Hello I've recently come across a perfection heater model number 430. I am having trouble finding a Wick for it. Do you have any advice about which number of WIC I should be looking for?
